FITFLOW NOTES
How the product works
Short notes on the ideas behind FitFlow. These are intentionally practical rather than pretending to be a health publication.
Product · The loop
Why FitFlow uses Log → Understand → Act → Review
A tracker is only useful if the information changes what you do. FitFlow keeps the loop simple: record a few useful signals, inspect the history, choose a realistic next step, then return to review what changed.
Product · Progress
Why consistency matters more than a perfect day
One workout or one meal says very little. Repeated records make trends visible, which is why FitFlow's progress views focus on days and weeks rather than a single score.
Engineering · Trust
Keeping recommendations explainable
The dashboard's daily plan is based on recent records and simple rules. That keeps the recommendation understandable and avoids presenting a generative model as something the product does not actually provide.
