How do I reset my password?

Open the login page, choose “Forgot Password,” and follow the Firebase email reset flow.

How do I get useful progress?

Log activities, sleep, and nutrition consistently. FitFlow uses those records to surface trends and milestones.

How is my account protected?

Authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication, while user records are protected by the project's Firebase data rules.
